 Rochester Hills, MI - A 33-year-old man in Pontiac is currently facing allegations after he fled the court in Hills Hills, where he was sentenced to 90 days in prison.

 On Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 9:31 am, the sheriffs of Oakland County in District 3 Court in Rochester City Hills responded to Hon's courtroom.  Judge Nancy Carniak put an object in jail.  Carniak just sentenced him in 90 days in Oakland County Prison for committing disorder and retail fraud.  The delegates were not called into the courtroom before that time.

 A deputy to the courtroom.  When the object sees the deputy, he runs away from the court on foot.  Many deputy police officers pursued the object and arrested him in a wooded area in front of the sheriff's office of the Oakland county police office, attached to the court.


                                                                                                        The subject was transferred to Oakland County Prison, where he was charged with Quitting legal detention and fighting and obstructing a police officer.  No one was injured due to this incident.
